About the Role
To support this vital contract, we’re looking for B1/B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers to join our friendly, dedicated team. You’ll carry out line maintenance on our fleet and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Maintenance Organisation—including supporting the upkeep, organisation, and safe operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities include (but not be limited to):
- Delivering line maintenance, repairs and rectifications on the current fleet (primarily King Air 200).
- Supporting wider maintenance activities to ensure the organisation runs effectively.
- Installing and removing aircraft components as required.
- Following all safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures.
- Completing and recording maintenance tasks in accordance with manuals and regulations.
- Providing support to additional aircraft types when needed.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has:
- An unrestricted EASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licence, with at least one type rating and demonstrable recency. (King Air series—preferably B200—is a significant advantage. Training can be provided*.)
- Knowledge of Stores operations; experience in bonded or tool stores is an advantage.
- Understanding of Part 145 SMS (desirable).
- A basic set of tools with clear inventory and control processes.
- Flexibility to travel and support operations at other sites when required.
- Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional manner.
- IT literacy; experience with MRO software systems is preferred.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
- Experience in a remote Line Station environment (highly desirable).
- Current Human Factors Training and EWIS/SFAR 88 (desirable; training can be provided).
