This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for aviation to begin their career in a dynamic and highly regulated engineering environment.

  • Support analysis activities (e.g. stress, systems, safety assessments) as required
  • Maintain configuration control of design data

Engineering Processes

  • Ensure all work is completed in line with approved processes and regulatory requirements
  • Provide feedback on process improvements, efficiencies, and best practices

Project & Operational Support

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the Design Organisation
  • Communicate progress, risks, and any resource challenges clearly to project leads
  • Assist with checking parts and engineering data for accuracy and compliance
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and professional working environment

Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Work collaboratively across Design, Production, Maintenance, Installation, and Flight Test teams
  • Support manufacturing and installation activities where required
  • Gain exposure to aircraft testing and real-world implementation of engineering designs

Skills & Behaviours

Essential:

  • Degree (or expected degree) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals (e.g. mechanics, materials, thermodynamics, electrical systems)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow processes and work within a regulated environment

Desirable:
